## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责拓展、维护和对接相关金融公共部门及行业协会，打造良好的合作关系；
- 跟踪研究行业政策和发展趋势，协调内外资源，保障公司业务健康合规发展；
- 协助并保障公司项目有序推进。 Requirements
- 全日制本科及以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验；
- 熟悉和理解金融监管政策和趋势；
- 熟悉和理解基金、证券业务发展趋势；
- 具有较强的政策分析、研判能力，创新精神强；
- 具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力、执行力，较强的公文撰写能力；
- 具备优秀的职场协作能力，开展对内对外各项协作工作，以客观事实为沟通基础，规范职场言行，保障团队协作高效稳定；
- 具备成熟职业素养，具备风险预判与风险敏感度，开展工作能够前置识别潜在风险，严守信息保密纪律。
