## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 协助管理、监测SG整体市场费大盘情况，搭建市场费分析框架，跟踪各类营销核心指标，输出专项报告，为项目提供判断参考；
- 参考过往数据，探索各类创新专项，包括但不限于预算使用、品类长期策略等；
- 收集内部财务与经营数据和外部行业信息，进行梳理和分析，定期维护看板，为业务决策提供依据；
- 与集团/BG财管团队通力协作，为年度预算的编制及月度滚动预测提供输入，监控预算执行，分析异常波动并提出建议；
- 跨部门协作，制定市场费及其他费用流程规范，定制化内部系统及数据库。 Requirements 1.1年以上工作经验，具有财务、营销分析相关工作经验者优先； 2.熟练财务/数据分析工作，对大型互联网 (含游戏) 企业的业务运营数据、营销数据有一定认知； 3.具备良好的计算机应用基础及一定的数据处理分析能力，有借助 AI 工具提升数据分析、可视化呈现效率的实践经验者优先； 4.沟通协调能力强，高度自我驱动力，具备较强学习能力、适应能力，能够承受较大工作压力。
