## Job description

### 管控平台与生命周期管理
- 负责云原生管控架构的设计与实现，构建覆盖集群一键部署、弹性扩缩容、备份恢复、版本平滑升级等全生命周期的自动化运维体系；

### 资源调度与多租户隔离
- 设计高效的分布式集群资源调度算法，支持 OpenSearch / 多模集群的高密度部署与动态负载均衡；实现多模态负载下的 CPU、内存、存储与 I/O 硬件级/软件级多租户隔离；

### 生态融合与大规模集群管控
- 研发支持 AI 计算集群以及大数据分析引擎协同调度的分布式管控机制，支撑大数据与 AI 任务混合部署下的高可用与弹性伸缩；

### 可观测性与商业化落地
- 构建针对向量及多模态数据负载的监控体系，研发指标采集、慢查询分析与故障自愈机制；推动管控架构在公有云场景下的快速交付，提升产品商业化落地效率。 Requirements

### 专业背景
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3 年以上大规模分布式系统、云原生（Kubernetes/Operator）、数据库/搜索引擎 或大数据平台/数据湖 管控组件研发经验；

### 核心技能
- 精通 Go 或 Java，熟悉 Python 脚本语言，深入理解 Go 语言并发模型与性能优化；精通 Kubernetes 生态、CRD/Operator 深度开发模式；

### 领域知识
- 熟练掌握主流分布式中间件与监控体系（Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry 等）；熟悉 OpenSearch / ES 等分布式搜索引擎或 Hadoop/Spark/Flink 等大数据平台的大规模集群管控与自动化运维逻辑。
