## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责动态商品广告、程序化创意、AI商品广告体系相关的产品规划，通过客户研究与数据分析，持续提升非闭环电商相关广告产品的投放效果表现；
- 深入理解广告投放机制与人货匹配逻辑，优化商品与人群、出价策略的协同关系，提升CTR、CVR与整体ROI表现；
- 协同算法、研发、客户侧团队推进产品落地，建设标准化创意生产流程与效果分析体系，提升产品迭代效率与质量。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，有广告产品、程序化广告、电商广告(DPA)、动态创意或推荐相关经验优先；
- 理解竞价广告机制及效果优化逻辑，具备良好的数据分析能力，能够基于数据拆解问题并推动产品优化；
- 执行力强，具备良好的判断力与跨团队协作能力，能够在复杂场景下推动多角色协同，实现业务目标；
- 具备AI产品实践经验，能够将大模型能力嵌入实际业务场景，例如构建Agent解决业务问题或提效；理解Prompt设计、多轮任务拆解、工具调用等基本机制，有将AI能力转化为可规模化产品能力的经验优先。
