## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏美术项目的内外部管理工作，拆分里程碑，管理进度、质量与风险，确保资源高效利用；
- 负责制定美术模块需求规划和详细计划，跟进执行推动项目进展，并定期总结；
- 优化美术生产管线，推动标准化工具与流程，提升团队产能与协作效率；
- 负责外包供应商甄别与维护，建立良性合作关系，以及项目内发包与反馈等美术外包管理工作；
- 协助主美进行日常美术团队管理、团队建设等。 Requirements
- 具备3年及以上的游戏美术管理和项目管理工作经验， 热爱游戏行业，具备较好的美术基础和产品意识；
- 熟悉项目管理技能，包括项目总体规划，项目估算及计划，项目状态监控及控制，风险管理，变更管理，项目总体状态报告（周/月/季度）；熟悉敏捷项目管理更佳；
- 能够及时地跟进项目进度、及时发现并跟踪解决项目问题；
- 具有良好的团队合作和沟通能力，工作主动积极，执行力和责任心较强，带过团队或有管理经验加分；
- 拥有 PMP 证书或 Scrum Master 认证优先。
