## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责ima知识号生态运营，在科技、金融、教育、法律、内容创作等重点品类下，持续拓展专业数据和知识类合作；
- 建联数据服务商，专业机构，专家学者等，引入权威优质内容和服务；
- 挖掘并招募品类创作者，策划运营活动，提升优质创作者规模；
- 针对知识号设计分层运营体系，提供针对性的激励机制和运营策略，推动知识号活跃和优质内容产出；
- 挖掘和包装品类创作者特色价值，形成品类用户认知和行业影响力。 Requirements 1.3年以上创作者运营、生态合作或平台运营相关经验，对ima有深度了解和使用； 2.擅长平台生态运营，具备激励机制设计，KOL运营能力或商务合作能力，能驱动合作方入驻和活跃； 3.熟悉品类运营方法论，具备较强的内容理解与内容策划能力，一流的学习能力和执行力； 4.有科技、金融、法律、教育、内容创作等品类运营经验和行业资源者优先。
