## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责 腾讯证券体系 AI研发工作，覆盖 自选股APP / 微证券小程序/ 问元宝智能体、智能体套件、运营平台等；
- 负责系统架构的设计与演进，负责产品标准化、多产品融合等方向的技术方案规划，输出高质量设计文档，协调各团队落地；
- 推动 AI 研发流程标准化，制定迭代计划并把控交付节奏，保证功能在多客户、多环境下按时高质量交付；
- 构建 AI 研发质量监控体系，主导性能容量、稳定性治理与体验提升，持续提高企业级产品的内建质量与可运维性；
- 深度参与Agent工程化落地，设计模型服务接口与数据交互方案，优化推理效率、资源消耗及企业环境下的合规与隔离能力。 Requirements
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，7 年以上全栈开发经验，主导过复杂系统的全生命周期研发；
- 精通至少两种技术栈组合，例如 TypeScript+Node.js / Python / Go + ReAct，有跨平台开发经验者优先；
- 熟悉分布式系统设计，掌握微服务、容器化、CI/CD 等工程实践，有高并发和多租户场景的优化经验者优先；
- 具备丰富的Agent架构开发、智能体编排、Prompt/Skill/MCP/RAG工程应用和大模型推理服务化经验，有Agent Runtime和沙箱相关架构经验者优先；
- 善用AI 提升生产力，高效驾驭AI Coding编程范式，能在AI技术快速迭代中做出高质量架构决策，有行业技术影响力；
- 强烈的 Owner 意识，具备优秀的跨团队协同能力，主导过20人以上研发团队协作经验优先。
