## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责地图出行领域大语言模型（LLM）的设计、训练、调优与评估，结合地图出行场景需求进行模型优化创新；
- 架构设计合理的AI架构，解决地图出行场景中的业务和技术挑战；
- 持续跟踪并分析AI大模型领域业界进展，探索技术突破方向，指导团队技术发展路径。 Requirements
- 计算机科学、人工智能、数学或相关专业硕士及以上学历，5年以上NLP/语言大模型研发经验；
- 主导参与过成熟大模型项目，有大语言模型领域全球领先企业工作经验优先；
- 精通Transformer模型及其变种原理与架构，熟悉预训练、微调、对齐、模型蒸馏、量化等技术，熟悉PPO及GRPO等策略优化算法，具备强化学习训练经验优先；
- 熟练掌握Python，熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow等框架，具备大规模分布式训练经验；
- 对技术保持高昂的热忱，具备优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，能够引领团队完成技术攻关。
