## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 根据海内外节点/分区/用户分层差异，对奖励投放/版本活动及玩法进行本地化及设计调优工作；
- 能够结合海内外玩法/活动数据差异，结合海外区域喜好进行专属海外局外活动设计和落地跟进；
- 关注海外分区域用户的局内体验，和商业化、系统、关卡、宣发等各模块合作，推动玩法和活动迭代；
- 结合海外投放资源有效性及使用数据，优化端内外资源投放方案，提出更符合海外本地化的资源需求。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，三年以上海外运营或策划工作经验，有东南亚、日韩、美洲、泛欧洲区域游戏运营经验者优先；
- 数据敏感，有良好的数据解读能力；
- 有射击类游戏研发经验者优先，热爱射击游戏，对市面主流射击游戏有深入体验了解，熟悉项目组内各环节研发流程；
- 工作态度积极、认真负责，具备良好的学习能力，抗压能力强，团队合作意识强。
