## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 深度参与《元梦之星》新玩法设计及现有玩法迭代，从玩家体验出发，识别核心痛点并提出针对性的玩法优化方案；
- 负责玩法核心机制、规则循环、操作交互、道具及技能等内容设计，将创意转化为清晰、可验证的玩法方案；
- 使用 UE 蓝图独立完成新玩法 Demo 或核心玩法切片，快速验证玩法乐趣、操作体验与技术可行性；
- 结合试玩反馈和用户数据持续迭代玩法原型，定位体验问题，推动玩法从“能运行”优化到“有乐趣、易理解、值得重复游玩”；
- 协同策划、程序、美术团队推进玩法开发，跟进玩法从原型验证到正式版本落地，保障最终效果符合设计目标；
- 根据项目需要沉淀可复用的玩法组件、原型工具与制作方法，提升团队玩法验证和内容生产效率。 Requirements 1.2年以上玩法策划、技术策划或有玩法开发相关工作经验，有完整玩法或核心系统落地经验； 2.对玩法体验和用户痛点具备较高敏感度，能够从操作反馈、规则理解、目标驱动、体验节奏、策略空间及重复游玩价值等维度分析问题； 3.具备独立玩法设计能力，能够从玩法创意或体验问题出发，完成核心循环设计、规则拆解和原型验证； 4.熟练使用UE引擎及蓝图，能够在较少依赖程序支持的情况下，独立完成可玩的玩法 Demo； 5.有派对游戏、休闲竞技、多人联机、道具玩法、技能体系或关卡机制相关经验者优先； 6.擅长使用 AI 辅助玩法设计、原型开发和内容生产，且对新知识、新工具充满探索欲者优先。
