## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 跟进动画制片工作室的各个项目，确保项目按计划准时完成；
- 协调和管理项目进度，确保项目信息更新及时，并汇报可能影响项目进度的问题；
- 与各制片工作室、运营团队保持密切沟通，包括沟通会组织，及时解决潜在问题；
- 负责动画资产的全面管理工作，包括2D和3D的资产回收、资料排序整理、资产平台权限管理、资产状态更新等；
- 执行其他临时工作，包括执行对外合作合同签约、付款等。 Requirements
- 本科学历，3-5年动画项目管理经验；
- 了解动画制作过程，能够拆解各环节成本，进行有效管理；
- 具备出色的项目协调和组织能力，能够有效地管理多个项目；
- 有良好的团队协作和沟通能力，能自主解决问题并有效应对风险。
