## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 主要负责微信视频号推荐业务的核心数据处理，含样本、特征和指标处理，通过合理的数据架构来支撑超大规模的实时和离线数据需求；
- 负责推荐业务数据基础建设，含Flink框架优化、算子开发等流程性能优化和通用性建设，持续升级处理框架，从而更高效稳定的支撑超大规模数据；
- 负责LLM数据基建，设计和实现超大规模样本处理链路，为LLM模型提供灵活稳定的数据集；
- 负责湖仓建设，以及其他新技术落地，持续跟踪相关技术的演进、引入和优化来持续解决具体问题。 Requirements
- 本科以及以上学历，计算机相关专业，2年以及以上大数据工程经验；
- 熟悉Flink和Spark，有实际工程经验；
- 技术栈上，有flink/spark、iceberg/apache paimon等大数据组件的原理级别研究或者成功工业实践的更优；
- 业务上有推荐或者LLM相关工作背景的更优。
