## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 工作内容；
- 支持元宝各产品能力方向的调研项目，涵盖但不限于产品交互与使用体验、品牌市场研究与追踪等，为不同阶段、不同类型的产品决策提供用户视角的洞察；
- 深入对接业务需求，独立设计调研方案与问卷，确保研究能够回答业务关注的核心问题点，为业务决策提供支持；
- 独立推进用户研究项目的落地执行，保证研究过程规范，产出有价值、可落地的研究洞察；
- 搭建并沉淀常态化的用户调研机制与工具，借助AI工具，持续提升研究效率，以更敏捷灵活的方式快速捕捉用户反馈。 Requirements 1.3年 + 相关工作经验，具有AI相关的用户调研经验优先； 2.国内外优秀院校的心理学、社会学、统计学等专业优先； 3.期望拥有旺盛的好奇心、强大的学习能力、和追求卓越的自驱力； 4.良好的沟通合作能力，能够以书面和口头报告的形式清晰表达观点和思考逻辑； 5.具备中英文听、说、读、写能力优先；
- 对 AI 产品、技术趋势等有进行过专项研究经验的优先。
