## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责《无畏契约》端游整体游戏安全运营工作，围绕外挂、作弊、黑产行为制定并持续优化安全运营与对抗策略；
- 基于用户行为与安全数据，搭建和维护核心监控指标体系，进行数据分析与问题洞察，定位风险类型与演化趋势；
- 联动研发、安全技术、法务、客服等团队，推动安全策略从识别、验证到落地执行的全流程闭环；
- 参与安全相关产品能力建设，能够清晰抽象问题、输出产品需求文档（PRD），推动安全工具、流程或系统的产品化；
- 持续关注外挂与黑产生态变化，结合行业动态与竞品实践，提前预判风险并制定应对方案；
- 参与重要安全事件的应急响应、复盘与对外沟通支持，降低对玩家体验和社区生态的影响。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，具备数据分析背景，熟悉常见分析方法与指标体系，有实际通过数据驱动决策的经验；
- 有游戏安全对抗、黑产治理或风控相关经验，了解外挂、作弊、账号产业链等常见问题形态；
- 具备一定游戏经验，熟悉FPS类游戏者优先，能够从玩家视角理解作弊行为对体验和生态的影响；
- 具备产品经理思维与经验，能将复杂问题结构化，输出清晰的需求文档和解决方案；
- 沟通能力强，具备跨团队协作与项目推动能力，能够在复杂问题中推进结果落地；
- 学习能力强，有责任心，能适应快节奏与高压力的业务环境。
