## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责天美游戏战略级产品的商务合作支持，挖掘行业机会，扫描发现全球具备商业价值的合作伙伴，整合外部资源，促成具有行业影响力的游戏外部合作；

### 全球IP或品牌合作
- 根据工作室各游戏战略发展方向，协作内部团队共同挖掘具备全球影响力的IP或品牌方合作机会，与内部团队共同输出合作方案，与全球各IP方及品牌方建立深度互信，构建长期合作关系，推动合作达成；

### 海外研发合作管理
- 根据内部需求，向游戏各研发模块提供匹配全球研发合作厂商资源，与内外部相关方进行协调推动，以海外合作研发及海外整包合作为目标，输出合作方案并谈判达成。 Requirements
- 本科或以上学历，5年以上游戏行业相关工作经验，过往有团队管理经验，具备游戏行业链条专业知识。热爱游戏，熟悉互联网产品或游戏产品的运营模式及商业模式；
- 对全球市场的品牌、游戏、IP等发展有深度理解，对市场热点敏感，有丰富商务合作经验或资源优先，主导过战略级跨界合作/联名合作案例者优先；
- 具备商务谈判及商务合作相关经验，擅长处理厂商间商务合作关系，具备较强的商务谈判能力，熟悉必要的财务、法务等相关知识；
- 具有海外相关工作背景及英语能力优先；熟悉游戏研发、运营及生态循环，有游戏研发经验者优先。
