## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与制作动作游戏的整体数值框架设计，为游戏提供数值设计支持；
- 根据游戏框架，负责战斗数值、角色成长、资源产销等模块进行设计演算并调优；
- 根据数值框架，负责玩法中各个系统内容的数值设定；
- 搭建数值测试规范，与战斗、系统和关卡等其它策划合作，共同推动体验迭代。 Requirements 1.5年以上游戏数值策划经验，深度参与过至少1款已上线项目的数值全流程设计，能够独立搭建数值框架； 2.逻辑性和数值敏感性强，能基于体验推导数值设计、发现数值问题，持续主动推动细节打磨； 3.良好的沟通和团队协作能力，责任心强，抗压能力好。
