## Job description

### 需求梳理
- 负责与业务团队的需求对接，分解网络产品功能，联合上下游团队推动网络需求落地；

### 技术收益评估
- 负责关键网络技术的技术方案设计与PoC验证落地，与业务深度联合优化，完成业务收益的评估闭环；

### 异构卡部署
- 负责异构GPU卡型的引入与通信性能相关的验收与调优，推动在业务训练/推理框架上的部署落地；

### 技术探索
- 探索高性能网络新方向，制定网络技术方案，负责前期PoC验证、技术可行性和业务收益评估。 Requirements
- 计算机/网络通信/软件工程或相关专业，硕士及以上学历，3年以上网络相关工作经验；
- 熟悉高性能网络技术，包括RDMA（InfiniBand/RoCE）、智能网卡（SmartNIC）、DPU等硬件加速方案；
- 熟悉AI训练/推理框架（PyTorch、TensorFlow等）的网络通信模型，熟悉分布式训练中的集合通信（NCCL/DeepEP）机制及性能优化方法；了解AI大模型训练/推理的端到端运行机制；
- 具备良好的问题分析和解决能力，对前沿技术有强烈的学习兴趣和探索精神；
- 具备良好的跨团队沟通协调能力和项目管理经验，责任心强；
- 有异构GPU平台（NVIDIA/昇腾/AMD等）网络适配或性能调优经验者优先；
- 有数据中心网络架构设计、网络产品化落地经验者优先。
