## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责空间公域推荐链路优化，针对业务特点进行算法优化，提升用户体验及消费数据；
- 深入理解产品业务，洞察用户需求；工作内容包括不限于技术规划、case分析、数据挖掘、特征工程、模型开发、召回策略、排序策略；
- 能够紧跟工业界、学术界的前沿技术，结合大模型技术，升级推荐模型，LLM4Rec、生成式召回等，提升推荐效果。 Requirements
- 计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，具备扎实的机器学习和深度学历理论基础；在推荐、搜索领域有相关算法优化经验优先；
- 熟悉推荐系统链路，精通一个或者多个算法模块，并在其中有丰富的落地和迭代经验；
- 扎实的编程基础和开发能力，熟悉linux开发环境，熟悉hadoop、hive、spark等常用的大数据处理平台，熟悉TensorFlow、PyTorch、MxNet等至少一种主流深度学习框架，熟悉python、C++和shell编程优先；
- 具备良好的AI提效意识，在日常工作中，深入使用AI tools、coding提高效率，问题自AI发现、自优化应用；
- 具有好奇心和探索精神，注重用户体验，对业务和用户有深入理解和洞察，有比较好的数据分析sense。
