## Job description

### 分析投资业绩
- 负责跟踪并分析跨一二级市场的投资组合业绩以及价值变动，评估整体资金效率与回报；

### 跟踪投后数据
- 对被投企业的财务和运营数据进行跟踪，识别潜在风险点，从财务视角提出管理建议；

### 建立和迭代管理报告体系
- 建立并持续优化基于管理层视角的财务分析框架，定期出具高质量的分析报告，为管理决策提供数据支撑；

### 跨部门协同支持
- 与投资团队、财法部门密切配合，深度了解业务痛点，不断发掘财务分析在投资全流程中的应用场景和优化点。 Requirements

### 工作经验
- 3-5年财务分析经验，来自于PE/VC基金财务或基金运营背景者优先；

### 技能要求
- a. 具备扎实的财务与会计功底，对数字敏感，具备优秀的分析问题解决问题能力；熟悉基金运作基本原理，精通基金财务核算体系及各项基金绩效指标的计算逻辑者优先； b.具备优秀的Excel财务测算与数据处理能力，具备SQL/Python能力； c.具备优秀的商业洞察力与逻辑思维，能独立撰写高质量的PPT分析报告；

### 素质要求
- 自我驱动，抗压能力强，具备极佳的沟通协调能力，能顺畅推动跨部门业务并建立信任；

### 学历背景
- 国内外一流院校本科及以上学历，英语流利。
