## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责腾讯云 AI 重点产品华东区域新渠道开拓、签约孵化、商机操盘及订单落地，独立承担区域业绩护存量渠道，搭建高效产出的 AI 办公渠道生态，达成年度销售目标；
- 挖掘华东企服 SaaS、数字化办公优质增量渠道，筛选高潜力可出单合作伙伴；独立完成渠道洽谈、政策宣讲、资质审核及全流程签约入驻；输出产品打法与获客话术，辅导新渠道从零到一挖掘商机、落地首单；
- 全程跟进渠道商机、项目推进、签单回款，达成区域业绩指标；
- 落地招商推广，优化渠道结构，培育高产能渠道，提升区域市场渗透率。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3 年以上 SaaS、企服、云计算渠道拓新及业绩操盘经验，纯增量渠道经验优先；
- 熟悉渠道招商全流程，具备独立拓新、商务谈判、商机落地及业绩扛量能力；
- 能快速学习 AI 办公产品优势，适配不同渠道制定落地推广方案；
- 具备极强目标感与抗压能力，结果导向，擅长从零搭建可变现的增量渠道；

### 加分项
- 具备华东企服渠道销售、云厂商销售、AI 办公产品推广经验。
