## Job description

### 负责《暗区突围
- 无限》的宣发运营工作，深入洞察行业动态、产品特性和用户习惯与特征，结合市场竞争态势，提炼版本核心卖点和舆论热点，制定整合宣发方案和执行策略；
- 统筹并把控宣发物料、内容创意与执行落地，对内容产出、传播效果和用户口碑负责；
- 具备全周期运营视角，能够针对项目不同阶段，尤其是稳定运营期，制定针对性的宣发节奏；
- 统筹协调宣发在版本研发中的需求，促进端内端外相互助力和融合，使产品内容和用户内容更具传播潜力，提升宣发效果；
- 与市场营销、渠道、外部合作伙伴密切沟通合作，整合内外部资源，提升产品认知和热度。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，具备 5年以上宣发推广、营销运营等相关工作经验，具备丰富的营销经验和能力，能够根据不同项目特性，灵活调整宣发策略；
- 备成熟线上运营项目的多版本宣发经验，有过完整项目从上线到长线运营的宣发全流程操盘经历，负责过大型项目整合营销经验者优先；
- 具备出色的逻辑思维能力，能够从市场竞争态势、用户行为洞察出发，独立制定清晰的宣发思路和落地方案；
- 有网感，能够敏锐洞察市场流行趋势，具备出色的创意内容能力，有过爆款宣发案例经验者优先；
- 优秀的跨部门协调能力和项目管理能力，能够高效推动多方资源协同。
