## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 为企业微信用户增长制定整合营销方案，并完成执行落地，从而提升产品的行业影响力与转化率；
- 梳理和制定企业微信关键节点产品/品牌定位、积累品牌资产、制定年度营销传播策略；
- 通过内容营销、KOL/媒体/名人合作等方式建立行业影响力；在关键节点建立竞争优势，提升口碑；
- 通过市场培育等方式，帮助企业更高效率数字化。 Requirements
- 有较强内容能力，且创作过营销领域出圈作品，内容包括不仅限于文章、事件、视频、课程、演讲等；
- 有面向B端的产品营销、运营、增长经验，或有C端营销经验并有跨行业经历或创业经历，有行业洞察，对企业内不同角色有较为深刻的洞察；
- 懂微信生态，有较逻辑思维能力，擅长共情与思考；
- 务实、认真、具备创业精神。
