## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责《三角洲行动》大众赛事（主播赛、高校赛等）全流程运营，包含赛事策划、赛事直播、赛事宣发、线下活动等专项，并进行执行统筹落地；
- 充分联动平台、城市、高校等区域资源，通过多元化场景及人群参赛，以优秀的话题策划、独特的宣发活动创意落地及全链路推广，确保赛事影响力及人群覆盖；
- 实时跟踪赛事落地及运营效果，沉淀经验与方法，快速迭代赛事策略，助力游戏发行。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，具备游戏行业宣发推广或内容运营相关经验，有电竞推广、大型线下活动等相关经历候选人优先；
- 热爱电竞行业，对FPS品类有深度理解，对《三角洲行动》有深度体验；
- 具备出色的创意内容能力，优秀的审美和表达能力，能够敏锐的洞察不同层级玩家诉求，策划爆款优质内容，并统筹进行落地执行；
- 抗压能力强，能承担多线程工作，积极主动、灵活进取。
