## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责教育行业新客户拓展，持续在目标客户群体中发现新的场景和机会，在0-1的基础上快速复制，增加新客户的数量；
- 老客户持续深化使用，优化当前使用用户的使用体验，增加粘度，并且总结可拉动行业的场景提炼总结并且复制；
- 标杆打造，在行业打造多个标杆，能够提供其它客户参观学习的机会。 Requirements
- 熟悉教育行业，具备良好的客户沟通、业务理解和解决问题的能力；
- 洞察教育行业业务，能够快速理解客户当前主要诉求且提供有价值的解决方案；
- 熟悉企业微信产品功能、行业应用等，具备挖掘和客户场景有深度结合的能力；
- 洞察行业动态，能够找到行业核心场景并快速复制；
- 有极强的学习能力和自驱力。
