## Job description

### 核心设计
- 负责微恐搜打撤SOC预研游戏3C体系设计，包括角色，载具，枪械多个模块，搭建基础框架，同时预留后续设计迭代拓展空间；

### 团队协同
- 负责输出完整的设计方案，协同程序，美术团队完成去全流程制作，保证最终的品质落地；

### 生产管线
- 负责搭建3C模块的基础管线，确保管线合理，机制完善，调整高效；

### 迭代优化
- 负责在基础管线搭建完成后，利用编辑器对基础3C进行持续迭代优化和各个预研方向的尝试。 Requirements 1.3年以上动作/射击/赛车游戏项目战斗策划工作经验； 2.参与过至少一款完整动作/射击/赛车游戏项目的3C全流程开发，深度理解该品类核心设计原则； 3.熟悉各类开放世界类游戏的3C设计逻辑，并且有自己的理解认知； 4.热爱游戏行业，游戏阅历丰富，拥有大世界、开放世界类项目经验者优先；
- 熟悉ue引擎，并善于运用AI进行方案的高效验证。
