## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责 Miora 国内外社媒账号的内容运营，根据产品版本、上新和活动节奏制定内容计划，并为传播效果负责；​；
- 统筹内容制作全流程，从选题、脚本、分镜到拍摄或 AIGC 生成、后期、交付，对成片质量和审美负责；
- 主导产品演示片、用户案例片、宣发短片、教程等视频内容制作，管理外部剪辑、设计、导演团队，把控排期和预算；​；

### 负责创作者内容的挖掘与运营
- 与创作者建联、收集案例、发放激励，把优质案例做成案例片和教程，沉淀为可复用的模板和玩法；
- 跟踪各平台热点，快速产出借势内容，主动放大创作者与达人的优质内容；定期复盘曝光、互动、涨粉等数据，持续调整内容策略。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，5 年以上内容相关工作经验，亲手做过片子（制作、制片、编导方向均可）；
- 是国内外主流社媒平台的深度用户，懂平台调性，对什么内容能火有自己的判断；
- 能独立完成内容制作全流程，审美在线，看一个片子说得出好在哪、差在哪；
- 具备项目管理能力，能拆需求、排期、控预算、带外部团队，适应快节奏交付；
- 英文可作为工作语言，能支持海外内容策划与海外创作者沟通；
- 真实深度使用 AIGC 工具，能切实用 AI 提升内容生产效率。
