## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责反舞弊宣导内容策划和落地，输出线上线下宣导物料和活动，开展培训课程及新媒体矩阵运营；
- 负责部门宣导 IP 形象维护与周边礼品策划；
- 协助完善公司反舞弊制度及廉洁文化建设，沉淀输出可执行的宣导工具；
- 反舞弊线索的甄别、梳理与调查支撑，以及复杂数据的建模分析与处理能力。 Requirements
- 具有 1年以上企业合规、内控、内审或品牌宣传相关工作经验；
- 具备内容策划创新能力、优秀的项目管理能力、敏锐的风险感知能力，以及高效的跨部门沟通协作能力；
- 综合素养扎实，具备较强的逻辑分析与书面报告撰写能力；熟练使用 PPT，能高效运用 AI 工具提升工作效率；
- 职业操守端正，保密意识与责任心强；
- 拥有反舞弊/合规宣传体系从 0 到 1 搭建与落地经验者优先；
- 熟悉微信公众号、视频号等新媒体运营，有内容增长或活动策划成功案例者优先。
