## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责根据项目需求制定测试计划，组织测试用例设计及评审并开展游戏产品测试，把控整体产品质量，并不断优化测试效率和提高测试质量；
- 负责与项目经理、产品策划和开发人员就项目需求、进度、质量风险等问题进行沟通，优化、提高团队与项目组之间的良好沟通渠道；
- 负责游戏产品的测试工作，包括但不限于游戏基础功能/玩法、系统/战斗/数值类，运营活动等测试，能够开展专项类测试的执行（如前后台性能、稳定性、弱网络、兼容性、安全类专项测试）以及测试工具的开发工作；
- 承担测试外包团队的建设和管理工作。 Requirements
- 具备3年以上移动游戏行业测试经验，有多端（手机、PC、小游戏等）测试经验更佳；
- 熟悉项目开发及测试流程，熟练掌握用例设计的各类方法和技巧；
- 能够洞察游戏项目质量方面的关键问题及潜在风险，并及时反馈和给出解决方案及推动解决；
- 对服务器端性能、前台性能、协议、自动化等至少一类专项测试有了解和应用经验。
