## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责部门各个业务场景Agent相关需求研发工作；
- 研发工作包括但不限于，包括Skill/工具优化治理、工作流、记忆、skills等能力开发和维护；
- 熟悉AI原生开发流程，从产品需求拆解、研发详细设计、coding、测试到上线，沉淀可以复用的harness工程。 Requirements
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机相关专业，2年以上开发经验；
- 关注AI技术发展，并且对AI编程有极大的兴趣。熟练掌握工作流编排、工具调用与 MCP，能实现AI编程相关的skills，有通过AI原生方式实现产品需求的经验；
- 具备良好的编程习惯和代码规范，能够编写高质量的代码；具备较强的学习能力和自我驱动力，能够不断学习和掌握新技术；
- 具备较强的分析解决问题能力，熟悉数据驱动、评测驱动的工作方法，擅长通过数据、AB实验分析进行归因分析发现优化方法；
- 具有强烈的责任感和主动性，良好的对外沟通和团队协作能力。
