## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 根据项目要求完成场景物件资源产出，并保证资源品质；
- 跟进外包进度，把控外包品质；
- 配合程序、TA完成项目流程开发、推动技术方案执行；
- 根据项目需求，负责场景物件品质制定，指导外包场景物件制作，以及物件品质的监修，确保场景物件资源品质统一度；
- 游戏性能优化等环节都有清晰明了的了解；
- 有外包质量把控和进度跟进经验，有较好的沟通能力，帮助项目在外包使用上提升效率和质量。 Requirements 1.5年以上相关工作经验，美术功底扎实，具有较高的审美能力，非常强的高模雕刻能力，在结构和质感方面极深的造诣；造型能力强，色感美感突出； 2.熟练Zbursh,3Dmax,UE5,SP,SD等软件。热爱游戏，关注游戏体验； 3.有pc/主机端开发背景，或成熟次时代手游开发经历优先； 4.有次世代唯美古风制作经验者优先； 5.与团队中各部门保持较好沟通协作状态； 6.对待工作认真负责；
- 熟练使用3ds Max，maya，Photoshop，UE5等，以及配套相关地形编辑工具。
