## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 起草与迭代消保管理制度，转化为可执行的操作标准；
- 支撑消保治理架构运行、编制消保工作年度报告；
- 搭建消保合规运行机制、跟踪监管立法与处罚、推动专项合规整改；
- 对新产品新业务、协议文本、营销宣传等开展消保审查；
- 统筹对外金融知识普及、策划年度培训、正向价值宣教计划。 Requirements 1、5 年以上金融机构（银行、支付、信贷、理财）消保或合规经验； 2、熟悉核心消保制度、具备制度从零起草、评审意见撰写与整改方案落地的实操能力； 3、能独立推动跨部门项目，在业务压力下守住合规底线并提出可落地的替代方案； 4、有监管应对、消保考评、迎检实战经验、多牌照主体管理者优先。
