## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 基于游戏 IP 调性和市场趋势，制定年度衍生品品类规划，识别优先开发品类和核心系列方向，产出产品企划案；
- 统筹推进衍生品从概念创意到上市发售的全流程，制定各阶段节点计划，管控交付进度与关键里程碑，协同各环节确保产品按时、按质落地；
- 参与产品设计全程监修，提出监修意见，确保所有授权商产品符合 IP 调性要求；
- 对接毛绒、手办、文具等品类工厂，熟悉主要产业带供应商资源，建立供应商分级评估体系；
- 具备基础成本核算能力，能就材质选型、工艺方案提出成本优化建议；
- 持续追踪头部 IP 衍生品品类动态及爆款产品规律，结合玩家社区调研数据输出品类洞察报告，为产品策略迭代提供数据支撑；
- 跟踪已上市产品的销售数据，分析用户反馈与卖点表现，持续优化在售产品线结构，为下一轮产品开发提供明确的迭代方向。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3 年以上 IP 衍生品/文创/潮玩行业产品企划或产品经理工作经验，至少主导过 2 款成功上市的产品项目（需可提供案例）；
- 熟悉衍生品全开发流程，能独立输出产品企划，对工厂工艺流程和材质有基础认知；对毛绒、手办等品类有深度经验为优；
- 具备良好的审美能力和 IP 监修敏感度，在还原度与商业化之间找到平衡；对二次元/潮玩/谷子文化有深度理解者优先；
- 具备基本的成本意识，了解衍生品核心品类的工厂报价构成，能进行基础定价策略与利润预测，具有一定供应链管理经验者加分；
- 数据思维清晰，熟练使用 Excel/数据分析工具，有数据驱动产品决策能力；
- 具备良好的跨部门协作与项目推进能力，能在多个并行任务中保持高效的节点管控。
