## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责端游赛道设计到落地全流程；
- 负责配合产出其他玩法所需的关卡内容；
- 负责UGC赛道相关的审核与指导工作；
- 关注玩家体验与反馈，结合数据分析持续优化已有玩法内容。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏玩法/关卡策划经验；有竞速游戏工作经验优先；
- 热爱游戏，对市面主流多人玩法有较好的分析理解，尤其对带有 PVP 元素的游戏（如赛车、FPS、动作战斗等）有一定认知；
- 具备基础逻辑分析能力，方案表达清晰，思路有条理；
- 团队协作意识好，沟通积极主动，抗压能力强。
