## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏官号运营，对社区用户规模、活跃度负责；
- 根据版本节奏规划官号内容并落地，提升官号社区活跃度并助力版本推广；
- 关注社区用户反馈和舆情，积极正向引导社区氛围，识别并分层筛选用户需求，推动游戏调优并促进用户沟通和双向理解；
- 熟练应用多样化手段，包括但不限于通过评论互动、蓝贴、视频、直播等方式，建立与玩家的互信关系，提升玩家满意度及社群口碑。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，熟悉主流社媒平台，有一线社区、用户运营经验、舆情管理经验者优先；
- 热爱游戏，对FPS品类有深度理解，对《三角洲行动》有深度体验；
- 具备出色的文案写作能力、创意内容能力以及优秀的审美表达能力，有图文/视频内容制作、直播活动执行经验者优先；
- 善于沟通表达，合作至上，有极强的责任心和抗压能力。
