## Job description

### 重要专项交付
- 负责AI Infra推理中心团队研发项目全流程管理，统筹推理中心内部重要专项及部分跨团队协作专项，打通各环节协作壁垒，高效推进项目落地；项目风险把控，搭建并落地项目进展和风险监控体系，全程把控项目进度、交付质量与风险，保障项目按时、高质量交付，做好风险预警与管控；

### 推理资源管理
- 负责推理算力资源规划与基础设施建设交付，统筹 GPU/CPU 集群等算力供给的容量、调度与成本，保障业务稳定高效使用；

### 优化协作痛点
- 聚焦团队协作痛点，梳理、优化跨团队协作流程与机制，减少无效沟通与事务性工作，释放研发人力，让团队专注技术细节打磨与技术深耕；

### 项目复盘和提升
- 复盘项目本身问题及协作过程中的问题，持续优化项目管理模式、协作规范与流程，提升整体研发运转效率；负责团队知识管理和沉淀， 赋能项目成员。 Requirements

### 具备研发项目全流程交付经验
- 拥有资深研发项目管理经验，主导过大型研发项目，擅长多团队、跨部门复杂项目，能够对项目全流程管理，从项目立项评估、进度把控、质量管控、资源管理和协调、复盘进行全流程管理；

### 优秀的执行力和风险管理经验
- 超强的执行力和落地能力，能够从项目推进过程中前置发现风险并跟进解决；

### 优秀的沟通表达、逻辑分析与问题解决能力
- 耐心细致，抗压性强，善于梳理协作问题并输出优化方案；

### 具备资源管理、流程搭建和优化经验
- 具备资源、供应商及跨团队推动经验，能够结合团队现状制定适配的协作规则，持续提升团队整体效率；
- 具备大模型资源管理、AI Infra等工作经验优先。
