## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏内的灯光设计，创建适合各种环境和场景的照明效果，以提升视觉体验和增加游戏氛围；
- 开发和调试Time of Day (TOD)系统，确保在不同时间段里有恰当的光影效果；
- 制定曝光及灯光参数标准，并对其进行持续优化更新；
- 为脚本动画设置并调整灯光与特效，使角色、物件动态呈现最佳状态；
- 与美术团队紧密合作来达成统一风格，同时也需要与程序部门沟通交流实现技术需求。 Requirements
- 拥有至少3年以上相关领域工作经验, 对CG或者游戏开发流程有深入理解；
- 精通常见图形软件如Maya/Unity/Unreal Engine等跨平台渲染引擎制造复杂多变的亮度场景；
- 具备出色创新能力和审美眼光以及丰富的艺术素质，在色彩控制上要求严谨。
