## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责PC游戏核心模块质量及PlayStation/Xbox平台的质量，专注提高版本质量和测试效率；
- 分析测试数据，识别质量风险，优化测试策略和流程。推动测试工具和方法创新，提高测试效率和质量；
- 统筹子公司及外包团队测试工作，建立标准化流程、保障测试质量。指导团队成员提升测试技能，提供技术支持并推动问题解决；
- 与策划、开发紧密合作，提前发现并解决潜在问题。协调跨团队资源，推动问题闭环，确保项目顺利交付。 Requirements
- 本科以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上游戏测试经验，具备快速熟悉业务流程和优化的能力；
- 有全局观，深度理解质量体系、测试流程、测试风险管理；
- 了解常见FPS游戏核心玩法和游戏架构、能清晰拆分其核心玩法和模块。熟悉Unreal或Unity引擎，能熟练使用引擎编辑器；
- 熟悉至少一门开发或者脚本语言，C++、C、C#、Java、PHP、Python等；
- 优秀的执行力和抗压能力，热爱游戏测试，有良好的沟通能力，乐于主动反馈和积极思考；
- 有FPS游戏游玩经验/FPS游戏上线测试经验/主机手柄测试经验优先。
