## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责角色动作设计与制作，包括战斗、表演及演出动画；
- 配合策划、特效及程序团队完成动作表现落地；
- 制定动画制作规范及质量标准；
- 持续探索风格化动作表现及动画流程优化。 Requirements
- 动画相关专业毕业，5年以上游戏动画制作经验；
- 具备优秀的运动规律、节奏感及表演能力；
- 熟悉Maya及UE等主流动画制作流程；
- 热爱游戏，对角色战斗表现及演出体验有理解；
- 具备良好的沟通协作能力及主动学习意识。
