## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏外宣内容的规划与生产，围绕产品核心卖点、版本节点、平台语境与用户情绪，持续输出具备传播性的内容选题、栏目方向与执行方案；
- 基于游戏角色、世界观、玩法、活动等内容，挖掘适合社媒传播的内容营销切口，策划图文、短视频、梗图、互动话题、评论区玩法等短平快内容；
- 作为传播性内容创意的供给源头，能够将产品内容转化为官方PGC、三方共创、玩家二创等不同形态的内容方向，用PGC指导和带动PUGC扩散；
- 具备内容自产与落地能力，能够独立完成选题策划、脚本撰写、标题文案、发布包装、互动设计与基础复盘，持续提升内容点击、互动与传播效果；
- 关注平台热点、用户反馈与内容数据，持续提炼高潜力选题和传播表达方式，协同研发、美术、视频、达人及外部供应商推进内容高效落地。 Requirements
- 具备游戏、泛娱乐、动漫、影视或社媒内容运营经验，熟悉主流内容平台运营逻辑、用户语境、热门梗与二创文化，有爆款内容或账号运营案例优先；
- 具备较强的内容营销敏感度和传播性内容创意能力，对怪谈、scp等题材感兴趣，能够从产品卖点、角色设定、玩法体验、版本节点中提炼挖掘；
- 具备短视频、图文、梗图、互动话题等内容的策划与自产能力，能独立完成选题策划、脚本撰写、标题文案、发布包装与执行需求输出；
- 对内容生态、创作者内容培养有过往经验和思考；并能结合平台热点、用户反馈与数据表现持续优化内容方向。
