## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责在研FPS项目的测试工作，作为特性负责人带领子公司及外包同学一起保障产品质量；
- 负责制定对应特性组的测试计划、把控特性风险、推动测试流程与效率优化；
- 从黑盒和白盒的角度进行测试分析，制定测试方案，并跟进外包测试执行，持续优化测试方案；
- 针对游戏业务测试中的难点和盲区主动提出新的解决方案，开发对应的测试工具；
- 负责一个或多个专项测试，包括自动化、性能、兼容性、稳定性、容灾等。 Requirements
- 熟悉项目开发及测试流程，熟练掌握用例设计的各类方法和技巧；
- 熟悉至少一门脚本语言，有良好的技术理解力，有自动化或者其他测试工具或辅助脚本的编写经验；
- 对前后端性能、协议、安全测试、自动化、网络测试等至少一类专项测试有了解和应用经验；
- 热爱游戏，有优秀的执行力和抗压能力，乐于主动反馈和积极思考；
- 能基于代码层面理解程序实现，进行测试设计、影响面分析和问题跟进者尤佳。
