## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与项目角色写实向强风格化的探索与定调，擅长风格探索和分析研究；
- 深度参与世界观拓展和共创，输出有灵魂有趣味的角色、怪物概念设计；
- 配合项目进行风格测试，制定并完善设计标准化文档，同时对接外包团队，提供反馈并跟进监修进度以保证交付质量；
- 关注落地，推动3D角色和TA团队，确保风格和设计方案最高落地表现。 Requirements 1.5 年以上游戏行业角色原画经验，有风格化、高品质项目完整研发经验，有主导风格化美术风格定调的成功案例，能定义高品质角色美术规范并全项目落地经验优先； 2.对风格和设计有强烈热爱，对偏写实比例的差异化风格设计有极深造诣，擅长塑造高辨识度的角色视觉语言，能定义并搭建完整角色美术风格体系； 3.对中式古代文化、服饰体系、流派、人物气质、志怪有深厚研究与积累，能精准落地符合东方审美的角色设计和富有张力的怪物设计； 4.具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，有角色概念设计外包全流程管理经验者优先，对最终画面品质有极致追求；
- 熟悉 AI 辅助概念设计流程，能主动充分高效利用 AIGC 工具进行风格发散和效果、氛围前置预演。
