## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 天美工作室自研产品本地化项目负责人；
- 对接研发和运营团队，制定排期并跟进制作进度；
- 管理翻译供应商，负责核心游戏英语文本的翻译和校对验收；
- 关注LQA报告与玩家意见反馈，持续跟进和修复问题，持续优化翻译质量。 Requirements
- 有良好的英文功底（可接受全英文面试和小文字量的笔译测试），海外院校英语翻硕优先；
- 热爱游戏，是某一品类的中重度玩家；
- 具备2款以上游戏的多语言本地化全流程项目管理经验；
- 熟悉研发层面的本地化基本操作，例如版本管理、UI适配、多语言规则适配等；
- 熟练使用CAT、XBENCH等翻译管理和辅助工具；
- 有合理评估优先级、协调合作、预判风险和解决问题的能力；
- 有清晰的时间观念和流程意识，对工作有强烈的责任心。
