## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏角色战斗体系的整体搭建与版本化规划，主导角色技能、定位、套路及成长曲线的设计与落地；
- 从微恐轻动作的题材定位出发，整体把控角色设定、外观、技能、战斗风格与世界观契合度，打造具有鲜明记忆点的小队化角色组合；
- 推动与叙事、原画、动作、特效、系统、运营等模块的协同，对角色上线品质与长期更新节奏负责；
- 深度参与角色管线与工具优化，识别瓶颈、提出改进方案，提升角色从提案到上线的整体效率；
- 基于版本数据与玩家反馈对角色平衡、养成与强度节奏进行持续调优。 Requirements 1.3年以上动作/射击游戏项目的战斗策划岗位经验； 2.至少一款完整的动作/射击游戏的3C相关工作经验，深入理解品类设计原则； 3.了解各种动作/射击类游戏和一定的网游项目经验； 4.热爱游戏行业，游戏经历丰富，有大世界相关项目经验优先。
