## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 规划资产制作量, 根据策划白盒, 模块化考虑, 拆分和搭建美术代理模型；
- 负责游戏中大地图的编辑, 平衡审美和性能；
- 负责场景中的灯光氛围制作及优化；
- 与TA研究和提升场景效果和工作效率，与开发一起优化场景性能。 Requirements 1.3年以上相关经验，有完整项目研发经验，有大型地形制作经验优先； 2.美术功底扎实，对场景的光影, 构图, 层次,, 疏密节奏有良好的审美； 3.了解自然环境对地貌的影响，如地形山体植被生长规律等；了解人造建筑和城市布局的规范, 如民用和商用建筑的层高，如道路标识等等； 4.熟练使用引擎完成地形编辑工作，能自主完成地形地貌，地表材质，场景光照等，同时保证性能符合项目要求；
- 有全局意识，能在场景制作前期就对场景中每一类的资源量都有整体的规划, 如树木, 灌木, 崖壁等等所需的数量；
- 善于沟通协作, 能与策划和3D资产在流程上顺畅衔接；能和TA、开发就技术问题迭代效果和性能。
