## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责大模型研发项目的目标对齐、计划拟定、过程管理、风险控制；与算法、产品、工程、数据等多个团队深度合作，确保目标得到精准理解并高效实现；
- 建立和优化公共流程、机制、规范，提升内外协同效率，提供稳定高效的管理工具；
- 负责团队知识管理和沉淀， 赋能项目成员。 Requirements
- 计算机、数学、统计学或相关理工科专业，3年以上大模型、搜广推或数据管理相关领域项目管理经验；
- 有大型、复杂项目管理经验者优先；具备PMP或Scrum Master等项目管理认证优先；熟练使用项目管理工具，如Confluence、JIRA、TAPD等；
- 具备优秀的项目管理能力，能够激发团队成员通力协作；擅长跨部门沟通与协调，能够处理复杂问题，确保项目顺利进行；
- 具备敏锐的风险识别能力，能够及时发现并应对潜在风险；
- 具备强烈的责任心和敬业精神和承压能力。
