## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责在研剑来IP单机游戏的战斗系统设计，包括但不限于战斗机制、技能系统、敌人AI等；
- 根据游戏世界观和剧情需求，设计具有创新性和可玩性的战斗体验；
- 与项目团队紧密合作，确保战斗设计与其他游戏系统的无缝衔接；
- 对现有战斗系统进行持续优化，提升游戏平衡性和玩家体验。 Requirements
- 具备3年以上游戏战斗策划经验，有成功上线项目者优先；
- 熟悉游戏设计原理，对战斗系统有深入理解；
- 具备良好的逻辑思维能力和创新意识，能够独立完成战斗设计工作；
- 良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够承受项目压力。
