## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责数字金融行业解决方案及客户售前工作，并为客户提供数智化落地方案与服务；
- 负责数字金融解决方案的制定与布道工作，制定面向数字金融行业有竞争力的云与AI相关解决方案；
- 负责AI在金融场景中应用设计和落地，包括AI infra、Agent等各类场景方案的落地，并推动项目持续落地，确保客户价值实现和客户成功。 Requirements
- 本科以上学历，3年以上金融业务规划或解决方案经验，至少1年以上金融IT系统架构设计或云计算相关架构设计经验；
- 熟悉金融行业业务架构、行业发展趋势，IT发展趋势及监管要求，具有丰富的金融行业客户数智化转型咨询及交付落地经验，对云服务相关的架构有较深入理解；
- 对AI领域相关体系有深入掌握与理解，具备AI应用落地的项目经验，有从PoC、试点到规模化生产的AI项目落地实战经验，对模型效果、成本、稳定性与业务ROI等规划设计负责；
- 有良好的方案设计及文档撰写功底；具备良好的协调、资源整合与团队合作能力；学习与抗压能力强，快速变化中自我激励，具备框架性思维和逻辑思考能力。
