## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责《三角洲行动》产品版本、节点的对外内容、直播运营规划；
- 精细化、分赛道进行热点话题、内容类型、人群精准运营，对内容生态规模增长及分赛道内容规模增长负责；
- 通过优秀的活动策划、内容创作、数据科学牵引、平台合作等手段，进一步提升整体生态影响力，孵化头部作者/主播；
- 与内容平台&MCN机构合作对接，制定可持续、健康的社区内容大盘激励策略与作者/主播招募策略。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，深入了解游戏行业生态与主流平台内容直播生态；
- 具备内容热点敏感性，有优秀的独立策创能力；
- 有游戏内容创作/直播运作经验、游戏内容直播生态搭建经验、平台合作经验或MCN资源者优先；
- 工作态度认真负责，有优秀的沟通推动能力、抗压能力和主动学习能力，团队合作意识强；
- 热爱游戏，对FPS品类有深度理解，对《三角洲行动》有深度体验。
