## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责《天天酷跑》游戏内各类动效的设计与制作，包括但不限于角色技能特效、UI动效、场景过渡动画等；
- 与运营、策划及程序团队紧密协作，根据需求实现高质量的动效表现；
- 参与动效风格的定义与优化，确保动效与游戏整体美术风格和用户体验保持一致；
- 持续优化动效性能，平衡视觉效果与资源消耗，提升游戏运行流畅度。 Requirements 1.2年以上相关从业经验，擅长Q版卡通动效，有休闲游戏经验优先； 2.具备较好的创新能力并对角色、特效以及UI动效有一定经验与见解； 3.熟练掌握Spine、Cocos、AE，以及2D美术设计相关软件； 4.学习能力强，对新技术和新工具保持敏感，能快速适应项目需求变化；
- 责任心强，注重细节，具备良好的团队合作精神和抗压能力。
