## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 构建游戏全平台内容生态体系，制定内容规划与生态搭建路径，打通内容生产、分发、运营闭环，奠定长线内容生态基础；
- 统筹内容平台、MCN 机构、公会的全链路合作，搭建可持续的创作者招募与孵化体系，主导内容生态资源分配与跨部门协同，保障内容生态规模化、体系化落地；
- 基于对游戏底层吸引力与玩家核心诉求的深度共情，精准挖掘游戏内容亮点与创作方向，策划分层内容策略，孵化扶持创作者，打造优质内容矩阵；
- 配合产品节点，统筹内容与直播的全链路宣发落地，通过内容生态放大产品声量，助力产品用户增长与品牌建设。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏内容生态运营经验，深入理解游戏行业生态与主流内容平台的内容生态逻辑，有竞技品类项目统筹经验者优先；
- 具备内容热点敏感性，有优秀的独立策创能力；
- 有游戏内容创作/直播运作经验、游戏内容直播生态搭建经验、平台合作经验或MCN资源者优先。
